DESCRIPTION / TASTING NOTE
The blend of Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, made with grapes from a selection of the best ‘terroirs’ of our vineyard. The grapes selected in the winery and de-stemmed are placed in French oak barrels where they are subjected to a pre-fermentation cold maceration process for 5 days. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out using native yeasts at a controlled temperature. The bottling of this wine is carried out without prior filtration, having spent a total of 21 months in new French Allier oak barrels. Limited production of 11,715 bottles. Intense cherry red colour, with deep purple tones. On the nose, predominant aromas of raspberries and blackberries, with hints of pepper and cloves, with great minerality and a toasted and balsamic background. On the palate, it has a voluptuous body, sweet, with tannins that are both potent and smooth. It is a highly potent and well-structured wine.

Dominio de Longaz is located in the Cariñera Protected Designation of Origin, very close to Zaragoza, in the region of Aragón. Our goal is to make unique wines, with a personality all of their own, merging tradition and experience with the most advanced technologies.
