Valdubon - Crianza

DESCRIPTION / TASTING NOTE

This Crianza is 100% Tempranillo from vines over 40 years old. A long maceration to extract maximum flavour and colour and then aged in a mixture of American 70% and French 30% oak for 36 months. In the glass it displays intense colour that retains bluish touches indicative of a good ageing. Then the abundance of red and black fruit mixed with notes of coconut, cocoa and spiced licorice.

Located in Spain's celebrated Ribera del Duero region near the town of Milagros, the Valdubón estate sits on 100 acres of vineyard, all planted with Tempranillo.
