DESCRIPTION / TASTING NOTE
Notable wine from a single parcel of Villa Montignana in Chianti Classico, blending between Sangiovese and Carbernet Sauvignon. Deep red with purple hue, the aroma compose of heavy black fruit with a sweet cherry hint. Full bodied wine with tight tanin and good structure, fruit ripeness help elevate palate in to perfection, good long sweet finish. A decent Super Tuscan style wine.
ABOUT PRODUCER
In 1926 Pietro e Giovanni Coli established their family business in the area just outside Florence,based in Chianti hills. In 1975, when the brothers Giampiero and Gianfranco Coli held the reins of the winery, the company has been developing the latest technology and has become one of the most modern and competitive wineries in Tuscany.
